Referral Transparency

At Community Housing Council (CHC), we believe in maintaining transparency and fairness in our referral process. To ensure clients are referred back to the originating party, we require a completed Referral Form. This allows us to track the referral source and maintain clear communication with all involved parties.

In the absence of a referral form, and in compliance with RESPA and HUD guidelines, CHC standard practice is to refer clients to at least three qualified industry professionals. This practice supports Fair Housing principles by ensuring clients receive unbiased options and equal opportunity.
