Taught in English, our first-time buyer classes will inform you on the buying process and what you need to know about today's real estate market. This class could make the difference between owning a home or staying put as a renter! The first class is an 8 hour workshop on the basics of purchasing your home.
This class satisfies most of the requirements for homebuyer education such as CalHFA, USDA loans and Down payment assistance programs such as the Fresno City MAP and the WISH program.
